Terry Busby is an Anderson, Indiana native and graduated from Indiana State University in 1968 on a track scholarship; Terry also earned a Master of Education from Ball State University in 1972 and continued on taking classes toward a Doctorate of Education at Butler University. Terry taught at Noblesville Highschool for 35 years that also included 35 years of swim, 10 years of cross country and 5 year of track coaching during his tenure. Terry served for 25 years on the Noblesville City Council making him the longest sitting member. He also served 18 years as the Superintendent of the Hamilton County Parks. With a passion for aquatics and teaching youth and adults how to swim, Terry designed the aquatic centers for both Forest Park and Noblesville Highschool.
